Schism [alpha] [UPDATED]

Schism is a map I've been working on recently. I decided to focus on Slayer gameplay rather than objectives for this, due to Habeas Corpus' strengths in the objective field.
The map is symmetrical, constructed utilizing part of Forge World's Quarry, and the space next to it.
I decided to use some natural geometry for this map to reduce the chances of screen lag later on.

Note: I usually keep my maps away from public eyes until beta form, but I felt like releasing something on Bungie Day, and the alpha it is.

Half of the map uses natural style aesthetics whilst the other relies on forerunner geometry. This provides a strong representation of which side of the map you are on. If you look down and see grey, your in Blue territory, if you see grass, your in Red's land.
I'd like to thank Blueprint member 'Crysis Hero' for the name 'Schism' as it suits perfectly to what I'm after.
As for routes and map flow, the map consists of two bases, and a neutral structure. It (to me) resembles Beaver Creek, but this map is very simple, and you'll understand the whole map after 10 seconds of gameplay.
Pre alpha power weapons are Rockets, Hammer and 2 snipers.
The Alpha has been released, and the public beta should be ready by the 14th of July.

The alpha is set up for Team Slayer and CTF.

Weapons on map:

  • 2x Needle Rifle @60s
  • 5x DMR @60s
  • 2x Sniper Rifle @150s, 1 spare clip
  • 2x Grenade Launcher @120s, 2 spare clips
  • 2x Needler @80s
  • 2x Plasma Pistol @80s
  • 1x Gravity Hammer @150s
  • 1x Concussion Rifle @120s, 2 spare clips
  • 1x Plasma Launcher @120s
  • 2x Plasma Cannon @100s

I'm not 100% sure with the weapons sandbox, so i'll have to get some tests done in both Doubles and Team Slayer.
